Vice-Chancellor and Other University Officials paid a Courtesy Call on MCE of Cape Coast Metropolitan Assembly

On Wednesday, 16th August, 2023, the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Kwaku Adutwum Ayim Boakye, together with some University officials paid a courtesy call on the Metropolitan Chief Executive Officer, Hon. Ernest Arthur of Cape Coast Metropolitan Assembly, Cape Coast.

Welcoming the Vice-Chancellor and his delegation, the Metropolitan Chief Executive Officer, Hon. Ernest Arthur, was elated and indicated the Assemblies readiness to deepen the collaboration with Cape Coast Technical University (CCTU). On the part of CCTU, the Registrar (Dr. Francis Nark Akrono) intimated that the University has a new Vice-Chancellor and since the Assembly is a major partner in the development of this noble institution, it was fit and proper to introduce the new Vice-Chancellor to the Metropolitan Chief Executive Officer and his team. The Registrar introduced Prof. Kwaku Adutwum Ayim Boakye as the new Vice-Chancellor of the University.   

Prof. Kwaku Adutwum Ayim Boakye on his part expressed the appreciation of the entire University and on his own behalf to the Metropolitan Chief Executive Officer for their immeasurable contribution towards the growth of the University. He took the opportunity to invite the Metropolitan Chief Executive Officer and his team to the 40th Anniversary of the Cape Coast Technical University, which would be celebrated next year, 2024. Prof. Kwaku Adutwum Ayim Boakye indicated that official letters would be sent to them. The meeting centered on the development of the University and was very fruitful.
