A cross-section of the Chartered Professional Administrators (ChPA) and Management Consultants (CMC) from the Cape Coast Technical University, on July 26, 2023, attended a days’ conference organized by the Chartered Institute of Administrators and Management Consultants - Ghana (CIAMC). 

The Conference was dubbed “Mobilizing Admin Professionals For Effective Development Administration: Critical Legal Issues”. Rich knowledge and experiences were shared by speakers such as Hon. Sam Okudzeto Esq. who spoke on the ‘Law of Meetings’, Mr. Austin A. Gamey who presented on ‘Discretionary Powers, Duty Imposed, the Law and the Administrator’, and Lawyer Afua Brown-Eyeson presented on ‘Landed Property Procurement, Contract Negotiation and Conveyance’. The programme was chaired by Professor Nana Aba Appiah Amfo, the Vice Chancellor of the University of Ghana, Legon.

In attendance from CCTU were two Directors – Dr. Anthony H. Turkson and Madam Fanny A. Darkey, and seven other senior administrators.
