MATRICULATION FOR SCHOOL OF GRADUATE STUDIES

The School of Graduate Studies on Saturday, May 11, 2024, held its matriculation ceremony at the Building Auditorium of the University for the cohorts of 2023/2024 academic year Master of Technology (M-Tec.) students.

The University admitted twenty-nine (29) postgraduate exceptional individuals into the Master of Technology in Construction Technology & Management and Civil Engineering.

In his welcome address, the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Kwaku A. A. Boakye congratulated the matriculants for choosing CCTU, and he indicated that the University would provide them with quality academic services that would enable them to excel in their studies. He intimated that postgraduate training is not just an upgrade of undergraduate work but a total transformational experience which refines an applicant's entire thought process and value system. He added that matriculants were expected to be well-rounded in their academic work and social relations, diplomacy, dressing, values, speech and thought patterns.

Present at the matriculation were the Registrar, Dr. Anthony H. Turkson, Dean of the School of Graduate Studies, Sury. Prof. Emmanuel Bamfo-Agyei, Directors, Deans and members of Convocation.
