Education
Mr. Francis Padi Lamptey had his Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana, and a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) degree in Food and Postharvest Technology from the University of Cape Coast. He is currently a first year Ph.D. candidate (Food and Postharvest Technology) at University of Cape Coast.
Research interest and Output
Mr. Francis Padi Lamptey research interest includes Post-Harvest Technology, Food Fraud, Food Safety, Food Systems, Food Processing, and Food Integrity and Authenticity. He has 2 publications in a peer-reviewed Journals.
