Education

Miss. Sandra Ama Kaburi had his Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Technology from the University of Development Studies, Tamale, Ghana, and a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) degree in Postharvest Technology from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. She is currently a Ph.D. candidate (Postharvest Technology) at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.

Research interest and Output

Miss. Sandra Ama Kaburi research interest includes Food quality and safety, food packaging and preservation of local vegetable.
