The Matriculation Ceremony for fresh students of the 2023/2024 academic year was held on Friday, February 23, 2024, at the University Ceremonial Grounds.

The Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Kwaku A. A. Boakye, indicated that 3,040 applications were received, but the University offered admissions to 2,929 qualified applicants.

He advised the fresh students to pursue academic excellence and take advantage of the opportunities available at the University to actualize their dreams and aspirations.

Present at the short ceremony were Ag. Pro Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Lawrence Atepor; Registrar, Dr. Anthony H. Turkson; Deans, Directors, Heads of Department, Convocation; and students.
