SEMINAR ON DEVELOPING GROWTH MINDSET

On Monday, June 24, 2024, the Directorate of Human Resources organised a seminar for the University's Deans, Directors and Key Officers at the Library Conference Room. The seminar on the topic, “Revolutionising Technical Education for a New Era: Preparing Universities for the Next Generation” covered critical areas such as the Development of a Growth Mindset and Habit-Building Strategies.

The main presentations were interspersed with practical exercises for participants. The Seminar was conducted by Professor Dorothy Siaw-Asamoah, a Clinical Professor and Director of the University of Buffalo Centre for Leadership and Organisational Effectiveness, United States of America.

The Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Kwaku Ayim Adutwum Boakye encouraged participants to focus on raising the standards above what pertains to the Traditional Universities, he added that the University was capable of attaining international standards.
