CCTU SUPPORTS OGUAA FETU AFAHYE

Management of the Cape Coast Technical University on Friday, August 30, 2024, donated assorted drinks and an amount of Four Thousand Ghana Cedis (4,000.00) to the Omanhen of Oguaa Traditional Council, Osaberimba Dr. Kwesi Atta II at the Emintsimadze Palace.

The presentation was done by the Director of Public Affairs, Mr. Alexander Kwesi Azameti and the Public Relations Officer, Mr. Felix Opare-Baako on behalf of the Management of the University. Mr. Azameti extended the warm felicitations of Management to the good people of Oguaa and wished them a fruitful Fetu Afahye.

Osabarimba Dr. Kwesi Atta II received the donation and thanked the Management of CCTU for its kind gesture. He formally invited Management to participate in the festival celebration. He pledged his unflinching support to the Management of the University by saying that they should not hesitate to call on him anytime they needed to. 

He further recounted the existing cordial relationship between the Traditional Council and the University and called for further partnerships that would deepen the existing relationship. In his conclusion, he announced that the festival would commence on Monday, September 02, 2024, and end on Sunday, September 8, 2024, with His Royal Majesty Otumfour Osei Tutu II as a special guest.
