THE GOVERNING COUNCIL OF CCTU PROMOTES STAFF TO PROFESSORIAL RANKS
The Cape Coast Technical University (CCTU) has made significant strides in its human resource capacity through the promotion of six (6) faculty members to Professorial ranks. The staff were promoted at an Emergency Meeting of the CCTU Governing Council held on Thursday, August 21, 2025, at the Council Chamber, CCTU.
The staff who were promoted include Professor Emmanuel Kwaw (Professor of Food Science and Engineering), Associate Professor Stephen Agyefi-Mensah (Associate Professor of Construction Management), Associate Professor Mrs. Augustina Sackle Sackey Aikins (Associate Professor of Hospitality Management), Associate Prof. Ben Ebo Attom (Associate Professor of Accounting & Finance), Associate Prof. Solomon Tawiah Yeboah (Associate Professor of Marketing), and Associate Prof. Benjamin Chris Ampimah (Associate Professor of Applied Mathematics).
The University Community extends its warmest congratulations to the new Professors. This achievement is a testament to the hard work and commitment of CCTU staff to the promotion of research for teaching and learning, and national development.
