CCTU SEALS KEY CORPORATE PARTNERSHIPS AND ALUMNI LINKS IN ACCRA
The Vice-Chancellor of Cape Coast Technical University (CCTU), Prof. Kwaku Adutwum Ayim Boakye, together with members of Management, has successfully concluded the first phase of the University’s third-quarter stakeholder engagements in Accra.

The high-powered delegation included Dr. Anthony Turkson (Registrar), Mr. Kwabena Owusu (Director of Finance), Prof. Ben Ebo Attom (Dean), Dr. Richmond Yeboah (Vice Dean of the Directorate of International Programmes and Institutional Linkages) and Dr. Wisdom Wise Kwablah Pomegbe (Vice Dean, School of Graduate Studies).
The tour targeted key corporate and international development organisations to advance institutional capacity, education, and applied research. The Management team held high-level discussions with the Ghana-European Centre, SIC Insurance PLC, SIC Life Insurance, and the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).

These dialogues focused on strengthening existing frameworks and unlocking new collaborative pathways. Discussions centered on industry-driven research, student innovation, capacity building, and robust corporate-industry linkages.

Alongside corporate outreach, the delegation paid courtesy visits to two prominent CCTU alumni to deepen institutional ties and leverage their influence for university development:
Hon. Rudolf Amoako Gyampah (Member of Parliament for the Denkyira West Constituency) and Mrs. Ama Darkwa Baning (CEO of ADB Fashion Empire).

Management discussed strategic ways to leverage their professional expertise, leadership networks and industry insights to establish enhanced developmental and mentorship channels for current students.
This successful tour underscores CCTU’s ongoing commitment to building a globally competitive and partnership-driven ecosystem that fosters institutional growth and student excellence.
